Will You Ever Release A Solid Ring?
They are analyzing different ring designs for our next device, and we strongly consider a solid ring. At the moment, however, we have not finalized any designs.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds/returns after a shipping container has been opened. And there is a partial refund if an order has been shipped, and returned to us unopened. What Makes The Viceā¢ Inescapable?
The Viceā¢ās security lies in the anti-pullout device. Anti-pullout tabs have a textured design that causes the skin to mold to them. Will The Viceā¢ Fit Me?

Does The Viceā¢ cage ever split?
It is possible, but extremely rare. The ViceTM's cage walls are thicker and sonically welded together, unlike other cages that are thin and held together by glue. The cage is even more durable thanks to a unique welding technique developed by our manufacturer. There is very little chance of the cage breaking under normal use..
Are the parts for The Viceā¢ compatible with all the cage sizes (Mini/Plus/Standard)?
Yes. If you already own The Viceā¢ (any size), you can change out the cages as easily as any other piece without having to purchase a brand new set.
Does The Viceā¢ Plus/Mini include different sized rings/spacers than the Standard?
No. Aside from the cages, all parts and pieces for each size of The Viceā¢ will be identical and interchangeable.
Why did you choose a hinged ring as they tend to pinch?
The hinged ring was carefully selected as itās easier to wear a tighter ring if desired. We have countered the pinching problem by curving the edges where the hinge meets, and adding space between the two halves to prevent skin from getting caught.
What have you done to improve the hygiene?
The Viceā¢ allows for great hygienic care, mainly from the slots that house the anti-pullout device which allows easy access to provide a thorough cleaning without removal of the device. The ventilation holes, and urination slot provide access to harder to reach places for a thorough cleaning.
I am a grower, and can shrink past the cage, how does The Viceā¢ counter this?
The Viceā¢ was designed entirely around this question. The anti-pullout has a textured pattern on the inside of the tabs which the skin molds to over time ā the longer the device is worn, the more secure it becomes. The tabs also press gently/firmly against the penis which helps prevent āturtlingā.
HELP the locking pin hole doesnāt align when the device is fully assembly!
The Viceā¢ was designed to have all of the parts assemble together and be very snug once completely installed. When assembling the padlock on the device, be sure to squeeze the cage and ring together to close any loose space within the assembly, and the padlock will easily be installed.
