Can the L. A. Pump System help a curved or crooked pe*is?
Yes. Repeated use can help straighten a slightly curved penis permanently. However, if you have Peyronie’s disease then you should consult with your MD prior to using any pumping product.

How often should I use the L. A. Pump System?
The L. A. Pump System should be used according to the program. The program suggests that you use the system 3-5 times per week for about 20 minutes to an hour.

Does LA Pump have a warranty of their products?

Do you replace items with deffects?
Should any of our products fail during the warranty period we will repair or replace them (at our discretion) for a nominal shipping and handling fee of $17.95 Original product must be returned for repair or replacement. Product damage in shipment must be submitted within 48 hours so a claim may be made with the common carrier.
Should I order the instructional DVD?
Although the L. A. Pump System comes with complete printed L.A. Pump instructions, the instructional DVD is highly recommended. VHS Video is no longer available and has been replaced with the DVD version of the same title.
Are LA Pump products repairable?
All our products are non repairable. Any attempt to repair by an unauthorized agent renders this warranty null and void.
Should I consider penis enlargement surgery?
We recommend that you try the L. A. Pump System first. Surgery can cost between $ 5,000 and $ 7,000, and most men are not happy with the results.
What is vacuum pe*is pumping?
A clear, usually acrylic cylinder is placed around the penis. At the end of the cylinder a hose is connected to either a hand pump, or an electric pump, which evacuates air from the cylinder. As the air is removed from the cylinder, the penis is pulled further into the cylinder and towards the walls of the cylinder, making the pe*is larger.
If I have a blood clotting disease, can I use the L. A. Pump System?
No, hemophiliacs or any individual with blood clotting disorders should never use the vacuum pump. Is pumping safe?
Let me preface this by saying that I have no formal medical training, and I am not a doctor or medical professional. While vacuum pumping does carry some risks, when done carefully, it can be done safely. The most frequent problem is someone who is overly anxious to see their pe*is very large, and goes overboard on the pumping, applying too much pressure to the pe*is. Applying too much pressure can result in temporary bruising or discoloration of the penis, water blisters, and minor bleeding. Most symptoms usually disappear, in healthy males, after a few days. The important thing to remember is to go slow and increase the vacuum gradually over a longer period of time, so that the change in size is not traumatic and does not cause damage to the penis. Why don't you take personal checks?
We have experienced a large number of bad checks, and orders submitted with the statement that “the check is in the mail” and no check arrives. How do I place an off-line order?
99% of our customers order online using our encrypted order form. We have found it is not cost effective to pay someone to take the 1% of orders submitted by phone. What is your shipping policy?
We ship daily Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders received before 12 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (3 p.m. Eastern) are processed the same day. Orders received after 12 p.m. PST (3 pm EST) are processed the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and holidays are processed on Monday. Most orders ship within 24 hours. Submission of incomplete orders or duplicate orders may delay shipping. You will automatically receive a tracking # via email once we have shipped your order. All domestic orders will be shipped by UPS or USPS priority mail. We will only ship to the address provided during payment. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged, if insurance is not purchased. Shipping and handling rate is fixed and non-refundable.
How long are orders processed?
Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 1 – 4 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 4 – 6 business days. All delivery times are estimates.
