Pros
Amazing perks, “bring your dog to work” program, active riders, great benefits.
There seems to be a common theme in reviews that the company doesn’t allow you to grow with it, doesn’t give resources to complete your job, favorites certain employees. All I can say to that is you get what you give. Most of the people I’ve seen that are unhappy with the company are plainly just bad workers.
Cons
Less than ideal pay. Projects take a long time to be implemented. Focus too much on negative reports than positive growth.
Advice to Management
Be up front with your employees. If they’re not performing to expectations, make them aware of it. Coaching takes too long to happen and it’s almost irrelevant when it does.

Many benefits or equine related, so may be less enticing to non-riders.

How long are the SmartPaks good for?
SmartPaks are tightly sealed to protect potency and provide your horse the freshest supplements available. For best results, we recommend feeding them within 6 months of the shipping date, which is printed on the top of each SmartPak strip.

Do I feed my horse the SmartPaks once or twice per day?
Typically most supplements only need to be fed once per day, and in some cases such as daily dewormers, the daily dose should not be split. Therefore the default option for SmartPaks is for them to be fed once daily. However some products are recommended to be fed twice daily, and/or some horse owners prefer to split up their horse's supplements between AM and PM feedings. If this option is selected, each SmartPak strip will be marked as either AM or PM, and one of each should be given daily.
