How do I care for my swaddle and crib sheets?
All Mini Scout products should be washed with colors in cold water. It’s best if you use the delicate cycle on your washing machine. To prevent snags, wash your swaddle in a mesh bag and avoid placing it on the same load as items with hooks or Velcro. To dry, tumble dry on low for a crinkled muslin look, or hang dry to keep it flat.

What do I do with returned packages?
If your packages gets returned because the address was not entered correctly, we will email you asking if you would like to try a different address. Each time we ship a package, we need to purchase a shipping label so there will be a shipping charge to ship to a different address. If we don’t hear back, we will issue a refund minus the shipping costs. Any package that is returned and marked as “unclaimed” “insufficient address” or “refused” will not qualify for a shipping refund. Please make sure to verify your address at checkout.
